What is counted
Lesson starts and completions, correct and retry signals, explanation ratings, and four optional issue categories: accuracy, wording, visual and accessibility.
What is excluded
No name, email address, learner identifier, typed answer, voice recording, IP address or advertising profile is stored in these aggregate counters.
How it is used
High-priority activities are reviewed against the curriculum evidence, corrected where needed, tested, and released through the same versioned deployment process.
